Who runs this site
Clock-Work is a product of Oberth Systems LLC, based in Lancaster, Ohio. Questions go to james.murray@oberthsystems.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist. We use it to write to you when there is something to share about Clock-Work.
- Product analytics, through Amplitude. This includes anonymous identifiers, page views, and a small set of interaction events (CTA clicks and waitlist submissions). It does not include keystrokes, screen recordings, or personally identifying content beyond your email if you submit one.
- Standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept for short periods to debug problems.
What we do with it
- Notify you about the Clock-Work launch and meaningful updates.
- Understand which parts of the site help people decide to join the waitlist.
- Diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with other companies. We do not run third-party advertising on this site.
Where it lives
Email addresses are held by Oberth Systems and any email tool we use to send launch announcements. Product analytics live in Amplitude. Both vendors have their own privacy practices and we choose vendors that take security seriously.
Your rights
Write to james.murray@oberthsystems.com and we will remove your email from the list, or send you a copy of what we have on file, within a reasonable time frame. You can also opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.
Changes
If we change this page in a material way, we will date the change at the top.
