How it works

From a sentence in your truck to a clean morning view.

Four steps. Nothing clever, nothing surprising. Each one cuts a layer of friction out of how solo trades work today.

Step 1 · Capture

Type it the way you would say it.

"Book Lopez Tue 9am, 60k BTU unit, 2hr." The system parses the customer, time, duration, and equipment. You confirm or fix.

Step 2 · Parse

A job card lands, pre-filled.

Times in mono, the right category tag, a slot held on your calendar. Edit the fields that need editing. Save without thinking about it.

Step 3 · Hold the slot

If parts are not in, the job is on hold.

Mark what you are waiting on (parts, permits, callbacks, sub responses) and the job is flagged on every view. When the part arrives, the hold clears and the slot is ready.

Step 4 · Today view

Open the app, see the day.

A factual stat strip, the jobs in order, and the items that might slip flagged inline. No charts. No greetings.

Web first, mobile companion

The web app is the home for planning and review. A mobile companion is on the roadmap for quick capture from the truck. We are not promising voice yet.
